Hmart Uniform and Tactical Supply has spent years putting duty gear on working backs across El Paso — patrol officers, security teams, first responders. We've sold everybody else's vests and knives long enough to know exactly where the value is — and where the markup is.

So we're building our own. ARX Tactical is Hmart's private-label line: the materials and construction we'd spec for our own officers, priced for the working officer instead of the marketing department.
